  2. 2Choose the length that fits your schedule: 5, 10, 20, 30, or 45 minutes.
  3. 3Set the environment—comfortable seat, low volume, fewer notifications.
  4. 4Breathe intentionally: try a 4-second inhale and a 6-second exhale to begin.
  5. 5Be consistent. Listening at the same time daily anchors the habit quickly.
